About Me

Having spent most of my life working in the education field, along with hotels and radio advertising, I have a wealth of knowledge for customer service and I understand the quality of obtaining a great education.

I graduated from the University of Toledo with a public relations and marketing degree. After graduating, I had the opportunity to become an associate producer of an Emmy award winning documentary, Making the Grade: Helping our Kids Achieve.  I then moved on to become an account executive at Clear Channel Radio in Cleveland, Ohio.  After realizing that working in sales wasn’t my true passion, I decided to continue my education and attained a teaching license for grades 1-6 at Notre Dame College of Ohio.  I then took a leap of faith and moved to Boston, MA with my husband for three years where I was a fifth grade teacher.  My husband’s job then relocated us to Connecticut where I became an admissions officer at Goodwin College. I am thrilled to continue working with students and to have the opportunity to help each student become the best they can be.   Since my move, I have discovered that teaching is my passion.  I will continue to chase my dream by going back to school to receive my master’s degree in reading and literacy in hopes to one day have my own classroom again.
